I loved the staff here. They were very funny, and friendly. I spent some time trying learn words in the variety of local languages that the staff knew. The cook was amazing, she prepared some but excellent meals. The desert scenery was excellent and well.

Great landscape, very good position to visit Twyfelfontein, the Damara living museum, etc.
Staff very nice and friendly, good food and wonderful to sit around the open fire with other guests and staff waiting for dinner!response / report this review -

Nice basic, clean camp site with running water for bathrooms and showers. We showed up without reservations and there were a few (but not an abundance of) spots available (August). There is even a small building/structure with drinks and beer for sale. Location is great - close to Twyfelfontein.

Camp is quiet, clean, with nice tent and outdoor bathroom. No electricity but solar one during the day. Warm welcome from host, and possibility to have diner. Breakfast is included. It is 20 min drive to twyfelfontein site. Perfection to stay one night or two and enjoy the area.
