Show is good and the staff is friendly. Few different options to pick and choose. They have service where they can pick you up from your resort. The picture package is a rip off - they took lot of money for useless pictures

Amazing place to bring kids! You don't have to be a swimmer to get in water with dolphins! Such great staff! Such a memorable experience with people who will help you. ( ͡ ͜ʖ ͡ )

Great Show, but you pay $$$$ for pictures.
The more people in your party the more your pictures cost.
You must buy a basic digital package before they'll sell you any prints.
Our party of 6, the basic package cost $300 US!!! videos and USB were extra. The least expensive party of 1 $99 CD of images, videos extra.

It was a childhood dream to even be close to a dolphin. For $139, I was able to pet and swim on a dolphin. However, the swim lasted less than 1 minute. That was what I was looking forward to the most. Also, there was a group of three of us that 9 am morning session, me and a husband and wife/girl friend. When it came time for the swim, we were given a choice of riding on top of the dolphin for a faster swim or on its tummy for a slower swim. Both the couple and I would have liked to be last so we could see what it was last, but neither of us volunteered to go first. So, I went ahead and tried the fast swim on its back. Big mistake! I was given any warning that it was going to take off; and it took off quickly. I drank a little water and had water being splashed in my face the entire short ride. Like I said, it was fast, though. After watching my experience, the couple both chose the slower ride on its tummy. We also got to have it do about three tricks by all three of us using hand gestures.

They take photos and videos the entire time to sell to you. Family who are in the canvas-covered area may take photos, but they are far from the pool and can't get very close. I wanted to purchase just one of the photos, but I was told that they only have two packages, all of the photos for $99 or all of the photos and the video on CD $139. If you want it on a flash drive, it's extra. I was going to purchased the photo package. The guy then said he'd throw in the video and give me the dolphin-shaped flash drive, too, for an extra $20. I did that instead. I've since read reviews where someone purchased just one photo. They may have paid something like $40. Obviously, you can bargain with them. All-in-all, I would have rather spent $99 to go flyboarding. Just know that you can't take photos there either, from the reviews I have read.

Awesome experience and great and friendly staff. I was very impressed with how new and clean everything was. This is a turist attraction, so be prepared to pay for pictures as you won't be able to take your own if you go in with the dolphins and you can't get good ones from the spectators location. Don't be cheap and leave someone behind to try and get pictures! For a family of 3, plan to pay around $200 for a nice picture and video pack.

What a disappointment. I took my 6 yr old and 3 yr old and we all enjoyed the show. They would not allow us to take our own pictures due to them having their own photographers and another gentleman taking video. I understand them wanting to make some extra so what can you do and how much could it be? Well after paying almost $300 for the 4 of us, they wanted an additional $199 for the photos and the video. I explained I only wanted 3 photo's, they said they can do the photo's only for $130. I explained again I only wanted 3 photo's, they next offered me the video and 2 pictures for $130.00. I would have walked away but my kids have never done this before and we had not pictures to save this memory, so I asked again, what do I need to pay for to get 3 pictures and after talking to the manager and going through the same discussion we came down to $50 for 3 pictures.
I understand everyone is in business to make money but this was nothing but a company taking advantage of parents and their crying kids. I have never seen so many kids crying in disappointment that they couldn't take a picture back to remember this moment. I would highly suggest the company change their policy or prices and I would also check on visiting other options.
