Good place to rent cuple of sunbeds and umbrella for a day - prices are very resonable, prices of the drinks and food are not bad either.
We had lunch on the beach here on our way to the Tulum Ruins. I was skeptical considering the relatively higher prices, but my wife and I had one of the best quesadillas of our lives here - with an unbelievable view on the beach! Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely visit the restaurant again.
Me and my partner ate at This restaurant and first the waiters were treating Not equal diferent gender (I didnt receive a menu & wasnt asked if the Service was ok, only him) and second, the pizza has too much average.
We look to our wedding venue oversea in Tulum, Guess will Not be at La vita e bella.
visited the resturant here and while waiting for the waiter to take my drink order I noticed my phone was about to die and I happened to notice an electrical outlet nearby, so I decided to charge my phone while waiting for service. after 20 minutes and receiving absolutely no attention by from the staff I approached the bar and tried to order my drinks there only to be told to wait for a waiter at my table. I was alright with that and patiently waited for our server to arrive. After another 15-20 minutes we were approached by a man who finally took our drink order. For some reason he thought we weren't going to order food (maybe because we had not been given a menu of any kind) and asked if we were guests of the hotel, which we were not as we had just wandered off the beach. He then mentioned that only guests of the hotel were allowed to use the electricity and the wifi of the resturant. what a waste of time and only to be treated poorly by the staff at this establishment. I do not recommend this place only based on this ridiculous policy and complete disrespect of its customers.
I reserved here due to recommendations from Conde Nast. When I showed up I found that my 300 USD a night bungalow was a cockroach infested, small, dirty room with an uncomfortable bed and a bathroom reminiscent of communal school showers. The owner tried to convince us that this is what tulum was all about. We reserved a room a Anna y Jose down the road which was far better and only half the price. La via e Bella acknowledged their cockroach problem but did not refund money for the hotel.
