This place was awesome!!!!!! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Although I will say I asked for the sheets and bedding to be changed due to some uncleanliness and they were not. That's why only 4 stars. Other than that I cannot complain!

This was a wonderful place to visit. The service was too notch, everyone was kind and friendly. We went on a promotion for their time share but the sales pitch was low pressure and we actually had a good time at that as well!

We stayed at La Villa Estancia which had an Incredible staff. If you need it, can't find it, need to get somewhere, they can handle it (whatever "it" is). They take your luggage to your suite, apt, or time share and will put your groceries away also. Bear in mind they generally book stays that Check in on Saturday afternoon and check out the following Saturday before noon. So plan accordingly.

Residents and guests have access to all the amenities of the hotels on either side of the resort but, guests of the hotels do not have access to the resort. Guests of all three have unlimited availability of the trolly that transports them to other hotels (for example the Spa which is located in front of one of the hotels but has it's own facility). I enjoyed my massage immensely and it was professionally well done. Having lived in Las Vegas for 15 years I know to what I'm comparing it.

WiFi isn't free. It's 2017 and they are too cheap to give free WiFi. Difficult to research what there is to do in Cabo without internet.

Very nice staff and very helpful. Awesome rooms. Great pools. Only thing didn't really like is that the restaurants and bars don't take cash.

I read lots of bad reviews and lots of good reviews. I was worried but it paid off. This place was great. The food was INCREDIBLE on all fronts, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's right on the beach but be careful if you swim. It has a shore break. The rooms were clean and cool with a small kitchen that we never used because we had all inclusive. The pools were good. It did have a little bit of a party atmosphere at times but it was spotty. The best part is that this was very affordable. The key here is value. I have no complaints but I LOVED the food. I will be returning!

The room service is slow (if it ever shows up at all). The pool is great and the staff is usually very friendly. The views can be top notch.

I've stayed at two other Villa Del Palmar resorts, and this one in Cabo is definitely the most beautiful. The room was clean and the resort itself is well maintained. It's within walking distance (about 20 minutes) of downtown, so there is plenty to do if you don't like being tied down to the resort. Overall, this is a great place and I would recommend to anyone looking to go to Cabo on vacation.

Came here with my husband for a long weekend, it was exactly what we wanted- beautiful, clean, with excellent attentive staff. Right on the beach with great amenities, but affordable and not overly packed with people. They have separate pool and lounge areas for adults if you don't want to be bothered by children. They have tons of lounge chairs on the beach and very friendly efficient staff that come by to take drink and food orders. About a 40 min walk on the beach to the marina and downtown, or a $3 and 10 minute water taxi ride. Overall, A+, would definitely stay here again.

Great location with awesome beach access. Nice tiled rooms, the staff did an excellent job keeping it tidy. Taco bar near the beach was tasty and freshly made. Pizza kitchen near beach (yep, pizza) also really good! Multiple pools on site were well maintained. Could get a bit crowded.
Not within walking distance of downtown Cabo, but you could split a cab (van) for about $10. If you just wanted to hang out at the beach, you really didn't need to leave the property. Themed buffet dinners had pretty good selections that looked freshly prepared. The waitstaff and attendants in general were very polite and attentive. You could tip,but no one was pushy.
The downside? VERY keen on getting you into a timeshare and upselling to excursion packages. Not what you want to deal with after a long day of travel Food, while very good, could be pricey even with the "all you can eat" meal plan. BUT.if you like to drink all alcohol , the booze is included. Sodo the math before committing.
All in all, a very good place to stay. Bring sunscreen.

It's rare for me to give 5 stars though I almost did for this resort. Lots of food choices, awesome location very close to town. Great very interested staff and nightly entertainment that has something different each night of the week. We'll be back

Beautiful resort on the beach. Families are welcome. The staff is excellent. I was not here for a timeshare promotion, but they do have promotions for ownership if you are interested.
