  El lugar es algo viejo y con poco mantenimiento, si lo que buscas es comodidad y lujo, definitvamente este no es el lugar, si buscas un lugar para solo pasar la noche y que quede céntrico, este es el lugar. Caminando llegas al puerto, al centro de Veracruz, al mercado, al Café de la Parroquia. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pagas una pensión en un estacionamiento cercano con costo de 80 pesos diarios.

  Buen hotel. Su ubicación en el centro lo hace un lugar ideal para quienes desean ir y tomar los tours que dan en el paseo del malecón

  Es un lugar céntrico, económico; pero no tiene estacionamiento ni escaleras, solo elevador; en caso de sismo o algo más quedarían atrapado.

  MALA EXPERIENCIA.¡ OCUPAMOS 5 DE SUS HABITACIONES DURANTE 2 NOCHES. LAS CUALES ESTAN DE REGULAR A MALAS, UN TANTO PEQUEÑAS, CON OLORES DESAGRADABLES. REGADERAS NO FUNCIONAN CORRECTAMENTE. CLIMAS DETERIORADOS, NO LES SIRVEN LAS PERILLAS, PARECEN TRAILERS DEL RUIDO QUE HACEN. TIENES QUE DAR DEPÓSITO DE 100 PESOS PARA QUE TE DEN EL CONTROL DE LA TV. UN DÍA ANTES DE ABANDONAR EL LUGAR NO ME REALIZARON EL SERVICIO DE HABITACIÓN, NO EXISTE RESPONSABLE QUE LO RESUELVA, SOLO UNA PERSONA DE ACTITUD PEDANTE QUE NI DISCULPAS TE DÁ Y TE COMENTA QUE EL ENCARGADO LLEGA AL OTRO DÍA PARA QUE HABLE CON ÉL; FINALMENTE EXPLICAN QUE SU PERSONAL ES NUEVO Y QUE POR ELLO LA DESATENCIÓN, LO CUAL RESULTA EVIDENTEMENTE INADMISIBLE.
  NO HAY SATISFACCIÓN CON ESTE HOTEL. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO.
