Estuvo bastante bien el servicio y el desayuno, solamente me tocó ver una persona resbalarse en el piso de la alberca, que fué bien atendida, pero opino que para evitar esos accidentes deberían cambiar el tipo de piso; pero de ahí en fuera todo bastante buen servicio.

I loved this hotel, it is a very busy and popular place in Veracruz, be patient. The staff was awesome.
Security is top notch. The underground parking has restricted access and 24 hours security. I left equipment worth thousands over night with no problems. Please tip well the people are so helpful.
You might get a view of the port and ocean.
It is very centric and walking distance of several atractions.
Rooms are nice and Hilton Honors members have their own floor.
Several good places to eat.
But two blocks North there is this small restaurante "Las Mojarritas" on the street that is incredible.response / report this review -

I almost always love the DoubleTree and this was no different. The staff was friendly, I got my usual friendly Hilton welcome and my usual cookie. I must say that the chocolate chip cookie in Mexico is not quite as good as the ones I get in the USA, kind of different, crunchy, but not bad. The room had a bit of a musty smell, but I think that is from the heat and humidity. We had a view of the Port and the ocean which was nice. The room was clean and otherwise your typical Hilton property. I would stay here again.

Good food, sincere service representatives. My phone was inoperable, so no room services. Crew identified the line was the issue but couldn't get a fix. Had to use my international plan to call the operator to make orders. Oh, they only had oatmeal raisin cookie not the signature double chocolate chip. Great location and again sincere staff!

The Hotel it not looks like "By Hilton's". It's a refurbished hotel, looks good, but old, it needs more attraction. The rooms are good, the food there are very delicious. The pool its "regular" and the service in the pool are very "bad" and very expensive.
The room's service it's bad, because sometimes they don't have the room ready for you in the afternoon and you needed wait outside of the room.
The Hotel needs more attraction and more activities, for the children's its very boring.
The big advantage that's they have the beach in the front, you can go, the beach its good, not bad.
