  My wife and I recently purchased a condo in Tulum. We met our realtor, Anna Salvemini in 2018. Although we made it clear that we were not planning to buy until our house in the US sold, she spent an entire day with us on four different trips to Tulum. That enabled us to focus in on exactly where we wanted to be, what our price point was, and what type of property we wanted. When our US home sold, we came back to Tulum and made our final decision. We developed a working trust with Anna and that made the experience stress-free. This is a first class company. The owner of Top Mexico has produced many webinars that are always interesting and helpful. I would highly recommend Top Mexico Real Estate and special shout out to Anna Salvemini.
