  Large, clean villa right on the water north of downtown Cozumel (away from the tourists). 4 bedrooms and large living space with sweeping views of the ocean. Also a lovely salt water pool, volleyball court and direct access to the ocean for snorkeling! Highly recommend also, if you're into scuba, highly recommend Pepe Scuba which is right down the street (walkable) at the Coral Princess hotel.
