Great hotel with spacious rooms at very low rates compared to any hotel around the area. The rooms are very well kept and clean. All rooms have a great view.
The beach is alright, beautiful scene with whales crossing at sight during season, but you will probably won’t go in the water. Out of 5 days we stayed we got 4 black flags and 1 red, so we couldn’t do much other than hang around by the pool.
Gym and business center are below average. Restaurant is ok. Service is excellent.
Totally recommended if you have a large crowd willing to share a two-bedroom apartment. The room has washer, dryer,two balconies, 3 TVs, a full kitchen with dishwasher everything you need for a long family stay.response / report this review -

Fantastic! The food was great and the people were terrific. At the swim up bar see Pablo and at the concierge see Daniel, he helped us when we forgot a prescription medication at home. Daniel jump on his cell phone called 3 pharmacies and had the prescription at the front desk an hour later.
We stayed for 10 days and found a rental car to be helpful and cheaper to get around. This place is great for relaxing, get a massage pool side overlooking the ocean, you won't regret it.response / report this review -

This place is great. Clean, staff is friendly and the beds are comfy. Staff was super helpful in helping us get around as cheaply as possible (told us how to take the bus etc.). Restaurants have great food and are affordable. Views are amazing and you can see whales jumping in the ocean from the rooms. Property is huge and you really don’t have to ever leave. Plenty of activities on resort. Loved my stay and will be telling friends and family to stay there.

This is a beautiful place, well maintained, modern and far away from the hustle and bustle of town. My only complaint was that the gym was being renovated so we had to use a small makeshift gym that had old equipment. Other than that my stay here has been wonderful. I would definitely return one day.

Beautiful hotel.The staff was amazing especially Omar Garcia (Mr. Worldwide). He is an amazing asset to this resort. He makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and he knows all the fun places to go.

I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite for my stay at Westin Los Cabos, and I thoroughly enjoyed my five day stay. There are multiple restaurants on property, not to mention room service, so you don't have to worry about food or drinks. There are also multiple pools, a spa, full workout and business centers, and even a daycare facility. The concierge is very helpful and will help you make the most of your stay.

The new facility is really nice, huge grounds (you could easily get 'lost') with lots of activities like tennis, basketball, putt-putt, and pools of course. Large breakfast buffet with options. Small convenience store with gluten free and dairy free options as well as a Starbucks. The only thing to be aware of is that as it is newly opened the staff don't quite have everything 'down' yet. There's a decent amount of miscommunication and some slowness.

We stayed at the amazing Westin Resort and I am so happy we did! The staff is incredibly accommodating, helpful, and fun! The facilities are definitely up and coming, but great as of right now. My friend and I were able to visit the spa and I'm so glad we did! I got a signature massage, and my friend got a ritual. Both of our therapists were talented and attentive. The swim up bar is lots of fun and highly recommended. The restaurants are slightly overpriced and the quality isn't quite at the price point but it's easy and super accessible. Overall it's a great experience and wonderful place to stay for a fun getaway that isn't in the heart of party town!

This place was renovated a few years ago so everything is fresh and new. The hotel restaurants are decent and hotel staff is nice and friendly. Don't plan on spending a lot of time swimming at the private beach as it's Rocky and steep.

Stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon and couldn't be happier. There is not a bad view anywhere at the resort. Staff are helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this vacation spot.

My hats off to the team and general manager at the Westin Los Cabos. First off our vacation experience was fabulous. From the staff at the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, every single one of them made us feel right at home.
Want to also send a special thank you for going above and beyond when Tropical Storm Lidia hit and we were stranded because the roads were washed out and the airport was closed.
During that harrowing time with 2 little ones, staff constantly checked up on us in our room offering water, food and towels. In addition the wait staff - some of whom were working 12 hour shifts still continued to serve us with a smile waiting on us for all our needs. Thank you again for keeping my family safe and your kind hospitality. Will definitely be returning to the Westin Los Cabos in the near future.
PS. I know everyone complains about the fact that they can't swim in the ocean, however, the infinity pool more than makes up for that.response / report this review -

High quality and peaceful! This is a beautiful & relaxing resort! Staff is wonderful and attentive. The large restaurant has VERY slow service but the food all over the resort is wonderful. A great kitchenette in the room. Bring snacks, and plan to buy souvenirs elsewhere, as their one shop is extremely small and offers very little to buy as a momento from your trip.

Still here 2nd day the service is terrible very slow snails pace, was sitting at their 5star restaurant and 3 people walked out or had problems with their service. Not sure what the problem is but no one seems to care about customer service is we can get out of our deal we will find another Hotel.
Picked the Westin because of the quality of the name, was a mistake!response / report this review
