It was our day trip from San Jose Del Cabo without knowing what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised with beautiful marina , shoppes and restaurants. Lots of boat tours available with different activities. Mexican people are happy , with good sense of humor . We enjoyed our visit very much

We stayed here while in San Lucas. The studio was just what we needed. Though we never used the kitchen it had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and ac worked so well we barely used it.
Location was perfectwe were able to walk to anywhere we needed to go. The beach was a bit far if you were heading to places like the office on the beach but then again it's a nice walk along the beach. Close to restaurants and nightlife.
We felt safe and secure. The staff were lovely and very attentive to our needs.
Only downfall was there was no pool.

These apartments provide a great location on the marina. One can easily walk to the beach behind Breathless. I also didn't have a problem finding parking spaces. My efficiency apartment was small, but it was clean and had everything that I needed including wireless internet. This is not a 4-star property but it does have 24-hour security. I would say that it provides adequate 3-star accommodations. I would stay there again.

The location is great if you want to get to everything in Cabo easily. The marina view is great but there is an acoustic anomaly here that rears it's ugly head at night. On the other the marina is the main street the leads from the Marina to all the night clubs. The combined sounds from all these places funnel their way strategically down the street and across the marina directly hitting Marina Cabo Plaza. The clubs are open until 4am and the music goes non stop so you need to keep the windows closed if you want some decent sleep. When we ran the AC in our unit we were greeted with a terrible sewer gas smell. They came and fixed that the next day by pouring some liquid in the drainage trap for the AC but we still got an unpleasant whiff every so often. If you're up and partying all night anyway this is the place for you. Just not for me.

Service was slow, order was wrong on 3 of 5 orders. And food was bland at best. Definitely not the experience expected.

Great location, ten minute walk to the beach our downtown.

Lots of places to eat and shop near by.

Each unit is independently owned and furnished. So make sure you ask for a newer one.

Great location. This is an easy walk to most of the higher end shopping and dining on the marina. The staff does a great job keeping up the building. Our only complaint is the non stop salesmen giving cheap jewelry, cigars and tours. You can't go anywhere without being repeatedly solicited.

Excellent so far. Having a great time. Convenient location right beside the Marina. Suite is nice and clean. Little bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad.
