Great price, newer construction, nice clean kitchenette room, located about 5 minutes walk to swimable beach, town and marina, nice free hot breakfast, staff was super friendly and helpful, many restaurants, fast food to full service, in walking distance, next to oxxo store (like 7-11). Would definitely stay here again. Only negative comment is the pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was a bit too firm.

Easy to find. Hard sell at check in takes about 30 minutes trying to get guests to buy into their coming timeshare, bribed with free breakfast. Nice rooms, minimal "gym", small construction glitches. Bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. TP holder failing off wall. Nice, friendly staff. Pool. Breakfast if you talk to the sales desk every day. Extra firm beds and very fat pillows. They do have a shuttle to the airport for $20, but don't pick you up from the airport.

New and super nice. Downside: you have to get the voucher for breakfast each morning and talk to the sales person. They won't give you all the vouchers at the same time and they try to sell you future vacations etc.

Lovely, fresh rooms in a great location with the bonus of fantastic staff. What more could you ask for.
Meals provided were at Ten Con Ten who also has great staff but the food was hit and miss, possibly 2 different chefs as it could be salty one day and bland the next but this was no reflection on the hotel itself who could not have done anything more to ensure their guests have everything they need.

It is very centrally located. The beach, marina and shopping are all walking distance. If you have a car there is also free parking. The front desk and bellboys are super helpful. It is close to a bunch of restaurants and eateries. The biggest draw back is it isn't for someone looking for peace and quiet. The restaurants play music late into the night and there is a hospital close by so there is a lot of ambulances passing by with sirens on. If the could soundproof the rooms this would be the perfect place. I would recommend this place to someone looking for adventure and exploring not to relax.

Friendly staff but one section of the hotel is near a restaurant that played loud music. Hard to get some sleep but the staff was easy to ask for a room change

My partner and I stayed here from Dec 20th - Dec 30th 2016. The hotel was very clean, the hotel hadn't finished being built yet, but you'd never know from noise, only way is if you looked upstairs. Room's were very clean also, hotel was within a 5 minute walking distance from the mall, restaurants, and about 8 minutes to the beach or marina. Breakfast wasn't very good, but wasn't the hotel's fault, they give you free tickets every morning to a restaurant opposite (Ten Con Ten). There is an OXXO ( Mexico's convenience store ) right around the corner from the hotel. Laundry was awesome to have too. Gym was brand new. This hotel was right in the heart of everything. I would have given a five stars if it wasnt for: breakfast, wifi, and a few other small things I havent mentioned.

ONLY complaint was the WiFi. it sucked ! Not that we spent alot of time using WiFi but using it for directions and looking up good to know information while we visited Los Cabos.
