Thanksgiving in Cabo 2017 - We had a great view from our room, it was clean and spacious. The service was POOR, we didn't get to eat at any of the themed restaurants and were there for 5 days/ 4 nights. If you want to eat at the themed restaurants you must be in line at 5:30p to get a reservation for 7:30p. If you're with a group, divide and conquer to get a table somewhere other than the Baja California which is the buffet. If you plan to stay here beware there is only one building that has an elevator (BLDG 7 ONLY) luckily were in that building, but it is probably 2 miles away from the front entrance, the property does not have a shuttle, make sure your luggage has wheels! if you're in any other building, make sure you pack light!! Bars near the pool and beach are only open from 10a-6p BUMMER!!! You can only get beach towels from 8a-6p and it’s on a counting system, you have to provide a towel card each time. We made the most of our vacations, however vacation are better when you enjoy the resort! First and Last time staying at a Riu property in Cabo! I have the Riu booked for Aruba, I'm praying for a better experience#fingerscrossed

Beautiful resort! Some pf the pools over look the ocean and the beach is very clean. The food is also excellent. Here is the problem the beds are legitimately the worst ever. Don't expect resort worthy comfortable beds, think more a long the lines of your old dorm room bed where you can feel every spring in your back. That being said, if you're really hurting, the massages at the spa are amazing!

This place is amazing. This all inclusive resorts has plenty of great food options at their free buffets, a helpful staff, and it's incredibly well kept. It only loses a star because the 24/7 snack bar food was subpar compared to the rest of their food, and the TV's in the rooms are out of date. But honestly the TV shouldn't matter if you are vacationing the right way. They have three swim up bars, and the resort itself is right on the beach. I would definitely come back.

Huge hotel. Busy lot of people. Super clean. But to many power drinkers. No quiet areas on poolside. Kids in every pool even though it was an adult only pool. Food was ok nothing to write home about. Staff friendly but overly. Getting drinks can be tough to get if you are not a leggy blonde.
