I wish there was a 4.5 star, but I’ll give them benefit of the round up to 5 due to professionalism of both the guide and the boat captain. The half point ding would have been for a screw up in our reservation. I’d placed a deposit and had a confirmed time email, but we were not of the schedule. The guide handled it well, and given there was only one other diver it wasn’t a problem. Equipment and boat in excellent shape. Guide and captain knew area well. Sadly, we didn’t see any big fish ( sharks or rays, etc.). But still nice to see what diving is like in Cabo. If you are in the area, I recommend this PADI certified outfit.
I did 3 days of diving with East Cape Explorers. The first 2 days we dove at the local dives and saw turtles, lobsters, large groupers and a few cortez rays. On the 3rd day we dove with hammerhead sharks at Gordo Banks. Small and clean shop. Good rental gear and friendly staff.
good whale watching tourseen a cow and calf right off the bat, decent clean boat. Guide and Captain were good too!
Fun few hours on the water. Fish at the Snorkeling location was a bit sparse. Beautiful scenery as we cruised up the east cape. Saw a pod of whales, a few breaches and even had a small whale swim right under the boat. Great service and the captain was friendly.
amazing
Excelente lugar para bucear vimos muchos tiburones
Son buenos y la verdad divertido
Today was our first time diving so my boyfriend and I were very nervous. Our instructor was patient and informative. If you have never been scuba diving advice from me would be to take a scuba diving class before you arrive . My boyfriend successfully completed both dives which he loved. I only did one since unfortunately by the second dive I could not equalize my ears. I definitely recommend this place.
Professional dive store, well organised dive with included drinks, snacks and pictures. Much less touristic than Cabo San Lucas. We had a great time!
Friendly staff, outstanding experiences
Great staff. Adventurous and fun way to see Gordo Banks. If you're diving this area, it may be easier to stay in San Jose instead of San Lucas.
