Amazing beach, awesome lobby and plaza areas. Good food and great restaurants. But best of all, the customer service.

HUGH RESORT!!! This place is massive and I wish I only had a kick scooter to get around the place. They have a variety of activities for absolutely everybody, but not all of it is included. I knew this going in so I won't give them a hard time about it.
If you plan to go here to get drunk then you better plan your vacation around it because it's gonna take a long time to get you there. I drank more water on this alcoholic trip then I would after running a marathon in the desert.
The food was also a problem for us. I will compare them with what I know, which is the Sandals All-Inclusive and Cruise Ships cuisine. I can easily say that the other 2 have nothing to worry about in competition. While, I would say that the variety is quite impressive, nothing has much flavor. It is a amazing spread of flavorless food. Luckily there is just so much to choose from that you can find something you like and stick with it, but that's not how it should be. We liked the 24Hour sports bar, go figure LOL, and Tokyo hibachi grill.
The accommodations were excellent as well a the staff. The room was spacious and well kept. The staff was amazing!!! Very polite and pretty much all of them spoke English and Spanish and would often have to switch between them to explain activities, which was pretty neat to hear. If I could name one thing that made my stay a good one it would be the staff. It made me want to learn Spanish again ;)response / report this review -
