Go out of their way to make your trip a pleasure!! Jaun is Awesome and very helpful and full of information!! Highly recommend them for any tour

Very disappointed with this place. I booked their Elite Snorkeling tour and from the start we had issues. The driver who picked us up was talking about doing something different from what was booked. The staff had no idea what excursion I booked and had me down for something different. It was very apparent that if I did not question them they would have booked us on something other than what I booked. I thought I was booking a VIP experience and it did not have a VIP feel. Shady.
