Beautiful oceanfront views from the Maria Felix room 2nd floor balcony. Has an adjoining private bathroom. With the hotel stay is free access to the private beachfront which is nice and quiet. There are no bikes available so would recommend renting bikes. There is an ice chest available, so bring ice if you want to chill things — also good for food storage to keep away from insects/animals. There are some rooms with communal bathrooms, and they are very clean!
For those who are not hotel guests, there is a minimum for food/drink in order to have access to the private beach and lounge chairs. The minimum varies depending on the time of year. The food at the beach club is quite delicious. Great staff and service!response / report this review -

Very clean and safe, u can get beef wine and some mix drinks. Perfect location long walking distance from Tulum but I wouldn’t recommended, just catch a taxi there are many driving up and down the street. Some rooms have a view to the ocean and it is true u can hear the ocean while I sleep at night cuz the roofs are made out of palapas (palm trees) very quiet, not a lot of parting going on. I stayed here by myself and felt pretty safe.

Nice beachspot to visit for a drink and a snack. They don't have a minimum which is rare in Tulum.

It was a nice experience because was something out of the common. This concept of hotel offers you a unique view of the Tulum Area. It's very close to the ocean. When you sleep at the cabin you can hear the sound of the waves..

En cuanto a las cabañas están algo diferente a un hotel tradicional, es un hotel ecoturístico de entrada es bello el lugar, llega la.noche y hace un calor espantoso, tienes un pabellón que cubre la cama y no entra nada de aire a la cabaña, la luz de enciende a las 6:00 pm y se apaga a las 12:00 de media noche, había un abanico de cielo que solo hasta esa hora lo podías disfrutar, las camas tienen un hule que las hace sentir muy calientes, el pabellón estaba roto y a mi hijo se lo comieron los moscos.
Sin duda todo esto se.pudiera mejorar el lugar tiene un gran potencial y está hermoso, solo en la noche es una pesadilla, no descansamos en lo absoluto, reserve tres noches y solo soportamos dos, nos tuvimos que salir a buscar otro lugar para dormir.
Recomendaria mantener la energía encendida toda la noche y habilitar los pabellones y tener más ventilación en las cabañas.response / report this review -

Great place to relax and explore Tulum. Community bathroom that is always kept very clean. The cabins only have power for 18:00 to Midnight, but is not needed during other hours. Staff is friendly and accommodates your needs. If you want to try other resteruants, you will need a bicycle or taxi to take you. There is excellent food and beverage on site. The beach has beds and tables to enjoy service on the beach.

Amazing stay at Playa Esperanza. The Linda Vista room is small, but with amazing view of the ocean and balcony overlooking the beach. There's no fan but the ocean breeze will keep you cool all night. Great chich bohemian beach-vibe.

Easy check in process. Drinks by the beach were a nice touch but it was their burger that blew me away! The outdoor ambiance was good too.
