We got one of their small rooms, awesome value, clean and well taken care of. The room had exactly what we needed, not overly crowded with furniture. We loved the minimalistic style! And their cute private garden with the pool!

Lovely hotel in a good location for sightseeing. The hotel has a pool, offers free fruit, hot and cold water, tea and coffee. It is clean and well cared for. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Jaana.

Friendly, safe, clean, simple yet modern. Affordable for the smaller rooms. Basics. Security at night. Shower worked well. Bed was good. Air conditioning worked well and had a ceiling fan that was newish and worked well. Pool in green garden like courtyard was a nice touch. I would return and recommend!

Really very nice place for stay at tulum, in the corner there's an Oxxo store(24 hours) near Bank, ATM, supermaket and the best, the ruins and the beach are very close to the hotel and the owner is very polite.

Great hotel super friendly staff & they know all the ins & outs of being a tourist & will point u in the best direction to save u money don't forget to buy local don't let big business take your money & leave the locals holding the bag
