Amazing resort. I have been to many all inclusive resorts but this one definitely comes out on top. The resort is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The staff are all extremely helpful and happy to help with whatever you need.
The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, and the overall feel of the resort was amazing. This is one of the few resorts in Los Cabos with a swimable beach. There is a small alcove in front of the resort that stops waves so it offers a safe swimming experience.
I only have two minor complaints about the resort. One, the service wasn't extremely fast but given that the resort is fairly new, they are still likely working out the kinks. And number two, the sand on the beach is not soft. This is not the fault of the resort at all and is what you can expect for most of Los Cabos.
We were glad to meet the pool concierge Alex, during our time there. Alex was amazing to our family. He helped us with knowing what was going on at the resort, he gave us great tips for going out of the resort, and helped us with whatever we needed.
Overall this resort was an amazing experience. I will definitely come back to the resort again sometime soon.response / report this review -

Staff is completely amazing!!! So nice it's unreal, very respectful. 100% attention to anything you may need. Gorgeous resort, well kept and groomed. No trash. Would come back in an instant. A must see!!

Great place to go on vacation. They have kids playroom and daycare. The pool was nice and big. They didn't have a hot tub which was very unfortunate. This is an all inclusive resort. The food was great! Especially the sea food they provide for dinner on certain days, fresh sea food! Very good food. It was very relaxing and nice place.

Spent new years eve in this hotel, and I recommend it completely for family trips. Service is fantastic, food and drinks all included, food is good at most (3.5 out of 5) so it's very good sometimes, other times it's okay. Beach place very comfortable with beach volleyball and beach bar and beach soccer.
If you bring young kids, there's a kid zone for you to leave them there all day if necessary (we had 2 kids in our family group and they loved the kids zone, constantly asking to go back to it).
Rooms are very clean and room service fantastic, fast and responsive.
Spa is not included.

Great resort- beautiful views with friendly staff and good food. The resort has great amenities and plenty food to choose from. I asked one of the staff if they had bottled Mexican Coca-Cola (had it while in San Fran it was amazing) they did not, but the very next day he gave me two that he purchased from the grocery store just for me. The other staff got to know us so well that they knew exactly what we would ask for and ask us before asked them. Highly recommend this resort also very well maintained and nice renovations.

We just returned from a week long stay. It was wonderful and all we hoped for in our vacation. Our room was wonderful, the service was great, food was very good, and the property was very well kept and beautiful. The staff - they made the experience. Our two butlers were amazing from the moment we arrived - Omar and Roberto are pros. We spent the most time with Omar and he made us feel special from beginning to end. The pool staff took great care of us each day - Monika and Romelia were very attentive. Lapalapa service was great thanks to Israel, Miguel, and Beatriz. Juan took great care of us in the Royal Lounge. We made friends and enjoyed the evening entertainment several evening! Yes - we very much enjoyed the Royal Service and were happy we made that choice. We will return!

Very clean rooms, amazing staff. Took advantage of the Royal service and loved it. They really take care of you. Great for relaxing. Not much night life if that's what you are looking for but otherwise amazing!!!

Overall good resort that was not too crowded. Bathroom is not that functional for a family of four. Room size is okay. Food choices are fewer then other resorts I've visited, but the food is of good quality if not always preferred taste. Pool bar closed much earlier than it should. Staff does a good job taking car of guests. Not a lot to keep a family busy at the resort for multiple days.

My wife and I spent a week at this great all inclusive resort. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and the views of the beach. The food and service was outstanding. My only call out is the majority of staff is kind of difficult when speaking English and it's a bit more walking then I wanted to. But very small call outs. If you want a great resort with aqua classes, how to make guac and everything in between this is your place!!!

Highly recommended resort for families. Friendly and attentive staff. David with the family conceriege was wonderful. Mole restaurant was the highlight restaurant for us. Outdoor movie nights by the fire eating popcorn was a delight. Would visit again.

Love, love, love it here! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Gorgeous complex set in breathtaking scenery. Every single member of the staff here is polite, helpful and always pleasant!! Want to come back soon. They helped to make our mother daughter trip joyous and memorable.

This is a long review and it's only part 1 -- TL;DR, book your own rooms, double check and triple-check! If you don't get an email confirmation, make sure you call them to check!
I'm not even sure what to rate it at the moment because I haven't even stepped foot onto the resort, but two months ago, I started booking this trip for 9 to 11 people. Guests had not finalized attendance and I wanted to book rooms while the prices were still low.
I called in to see if someone could help me because there were guests arriving a little later than the rest of the group and so I had to add rooms for the Saturday but decrease rooms on the Sunday stay as some guests were leaving early. It was a complicated request, I know, so I took precaution and make some reservations online -- THANK GOD THAT I DID because the reservations I made on the phone were completely not what I needed.
I appreciate their patience on the phone as they tried to help me out but it was obvious they didn't have experience with handling large group bookings. They completely botched our Sunday night stay and by the time I found out (1.5 wks before our scheduled stay), I had the option of re-booking at the current overpriced price or finding somewhere else.

Our 2-night stay was excellent. Paradisus is so beautiful, the food is excellent, the service is stellar -- it's really like paradise. At the end of the stay, I was devastated that they botched my booking for the last night and we had to leave to another place (see above for full explanation). Other than that, I have no complaints about Paradisus Los Cabos! Bumping my rating up to 5-stars from the 3-stars I had originally given.response / report this review -

Paradisus Los Cabos was absolutely beautiful! The landscape, the rooms, the restaurants, everything was gorgeous. The staff were amazing and very attentive. If there was anything we needed they took care of it right away and very quickly. The room service was great and quick and the food was delicious. The restaurants were all very nice and had good food but some like Mole served small portions. We (my man and I) stuck to the buffet style meals for deliciousness and more variety and were more than pleased, especially for breakfast.

My 19 year old daughter and I just returned from a trip to Paradisus Los Cabos. We really enjoyed our experience at the resort. The staff were extremely friendly as well as many of the guests staying there. There was a nice variety of delicious food. The beach was incredible and pleasantly uncrowded. A kind, hard working employee who was so accommodating set up chairs, an umbrella and brought us drinks and lunch. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the grounds and ocean. We enjoyed water aerobics with a variety of the friendly, exciting staff. A lovely mindfulness/yoga/stretching class was offered each morning. One morning we had the benefit of seeing whales while stretching! We even had the benefit of attending a tequila tasting class which was very educational. There was a lot of variety of entertainment provided throughout the day. I highly recommend this resort and would like to return in the future.
