Every time I go to Mexico, every time, Carnitas El Doc is my first stop, often directly from the airport, my luggage still in the car, my winter clothes making me sweat. I have never tasted better carnitas anywhere in the world. The owners remember me and welcome me like family. This place is a little out of the way, but is well worth a visit. Be warned, though. You'll never taste anything like it and will start planning your return visit before you even leave.
