Excelent place, the wedding we attended was perfect. The lighting of the hotel was really warm. The insides of the hotel are a real Mexican experience.

Un Lugar acogedor y buenas áreas verdes dentro del Centro de Cuernavaca, sus espacios te invitan a pasar un momento de tranquilidad dentro del Cuernavaca con el clima de esta área que no tiene comparación, y los alimentos que se degustan muestran el sazón incomparable de este lugar.

todo iba bien, llegó la noche y no habÃa luz, ok, fuimos a los masajes al dÃa siguiente y le pague de más a la masajista pero ella convenientemente perdió el dinero y hasta me llamo ratero y bueno de ese insulto la gerencia lo remedio.
Lo único que no me gustó fue el pasto sintético en el patio principal tal vez baldosas serÃan mejor opción.response / report this review -

Common areas are gorgeous, the peacocks stunning. Food's good but the waiters are not ready to manage so many people. The rooms are nice, but really expensive. The hotel has too low facilities for people with disabilities, I went with my grandpa, who is 96yo and it was really difficult to him just getting into the lobby.
