Well they have the Best employees ever. They are really kind and respectful, also the prices are fair. The food and drink are awesome.

A rather small room, but very clean, very quiet and location is nice. An Oxxo (convenience store) right downstairs for quick need items. Lobby is large, vending machines, ice, microwave, and great views of the city. Across the street is the VW automobile production plant. Cable TV, hot water, really nice bed, and definitely more of a business class clientele than families. Not dog friendly, and if all the rooms are the same definitely not a good place to bring children. Would stay here again. 24 hour security in parking lot, underground parking for cars and small trucks l. Clearance for garage appears to be 2.5 meters, or about 7 feet high. No large SUV or Truck. But decent room on surface lot, where we parked out lifted Landcruiser.
Other reviews talked negatively about breakfast, ignore them as it was terrific! Fresh fruit, juices, cofee, cereals, chicken mole, eggs, salsas, yogurt, and more. All of this was fresh, clean, and we'll maintained. Plenty of seating area to eat and relax. 6-10am M-F and 6-11am Weekends. Was pleasantly surprised when I went down as I expected "toast and juice" like others mentioned.response / report this review -

Breakfast can be included. It's ok for 2 nights, for bussiness. Wheater at this moment is cold, and rooms are really cold

The service is efficient and the rooms meet the needs of any business person although they are small. Breakfast is good enough as not to go someplace else to break fast.

The room was perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bed was good and the room was clean. I would stay there again because the staff was really friendly
