Great pool with warm water, spacious rooms, excellent staff and good room service. They have vallet parking service as well.

Conveniently located 20-30 minutes from Puebla International Airport, which makes catching those very early flights to DFW or Houston a lot easier. Great service, clean, quiet, and a variety of foods to choose from in the restaurant#s menu. The only issues I have found the 2 times I've stayed there have not been related to the hotel itself : in my most recent visit, I noticed that the Volkswagen exit access road off the Puebla-Mexico City where this hotel is located is in pretty bad shape, quite uneven, full of potholes and bumps, the access road itself is poorly lit and signaling is non-existent. Also, if you hire a cab to take you to the airport at the front desk the night before your flight, ask them how much it!ll be, and make sure the driver charges you that fare. This last time, my driver added an extra charge once we arrived at the airport, which I contested but that made me not feel like leaving a tip.

Wet towels and dirty, used by someone else. What about bed sheets and blankets? Not clean, it looks like they made the bed but no changing bed sheets nor towels. Just a sorry for this but no immediate response to solve it

Good service at the restaurant, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The waiters were kind of slow, but still nice. The experience was very good overall.
