I like to stay in this place is quite and nice, food is good so you can go there with you family or only with your couple to get relaxed. Like the service too, near to this you can buy typical candys from Puebla. Near there are some good restaurants and a shopping center

The rooms given to us for our event were very spacious, the only problem we had was that the card key didn't open the room and we had to wait until the personnel came with another card key. The security was good, and the food was delicious

Locación ia far away from dowtown but near the industry, rooms are good ando clean with all the services ok, service ay the beggining took so longitud foto the people yo take me to my place but just that, in general i'm satisfied

It had a great team of waiters. Good attendance, wonderfull gardens, nice rooms but the main problem is the parking space and by next the traffic trying go out of the placer.

This is certainly the best hotel in the areas. May not be exactly at the same level as a Marriott in US or in other countries but you will find there comfortable rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable bed. The lobby is nice with several choices of restaurants and bars. The gym is not big but nicely equipped. There is a swimming pool but did not use it so I can not comment. Plenty of parking place if you are driving.
