Awesome dive shop! Karen, was an incredible divemaster and instructor. My brother hasn't scuba dived in a few years so Karen spent the morning giving him a refresher course and then took us out for an evening dive. Nothing but love for her and the dive shop.

The first time I tried scuba diving was 30 years ago, and I made the decision then and there that my talents were better suited to terrestrial pursuits. Then I met Julio at Nautilus Dive Tech in Cabo San Lucas this November when a friend signed me up for a diving lesson. I reluctantly agreed to try diving again, and I pushed past my many layers of fear that had 30 years to accumulate. I told Julio about my past experience with diving and explained how I sometimes suffer from claustrophobia, too. I said that despite my fears, I was willing to give it another try. He listened earnestly and reassured me that he would be with me every step of the way. So, off we went into the pool to begin my lesson, and true to his word, Julio was with me, letting me hold on to him when I needed to, as he guided me step-by-step through the process of putting on my equipment, adjusting it, learning proper breathing techniques, swimming on the surface and ultimately diving. He was there to calm me when that inexplicable fear would suddenly rise up and take me to the edge of panic. With Julio's support, I managed to go down a few feet in the pool, and even managed to go down a few feet when we eventually went out into the protected waters of the Sea of Cortez. I was able to descend in both cases because Julio encouraged me to try again and again. He patiently guided me through every step of the diving process with great patience and without judgement.
I can't say that I will ever try scuba diving again, but I can say that it is because of Julio that I was able to try it again after 30 years and with many layers of fear. I would absolutely recommend that anyone who isn't sure about whether or not they want to try scuba diving should definitely try it with Julio at Nautilus Dive Tech in Cabo San Lucas. Best dive personnel , very attentive and lots of experience!Casey the owner awsome person to meet , they will take care of all dive needs , 5 stars doesnt even come close to thier professionalism and allaround great staff!! Highly recommended !! Nautilous is simply the best dive shop in cabo!!

My mask broke the day before heading out on a liveaboard and Nautilus was the only place open to purchase a new one. The selection was good, the staff were really helpful and friendly.
