Very convenient to the satellite office so make it s nice place to stay. Then add the fact that its connected to City Shops with food and entertainment makes life away from home easier. Staff is very nice and very welcoming. I've only had minor issue with the A/C which the fixed right away.

Well finished rooms, spacious and modern. A good breakfast and dinner option with eateries nearby.
Take note that the lobby is on the second floor of the shopping mall - not well sign posted.

The hotel is inside a mall. So you have everything in the same place. The hotel itself. A market. Restaurants. And several shops.

Overall clean hotel with restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner, located in a mall with a decent gym which costs $10 extra to use (through hotel charge) and a variety of restaurants to change it up. Also on site is a grocery store.
Rooms are OK, but rubber like pillows are very uncomfortable. Nice staff at front desk.
Also on the Hotel premises is a driver service (separate from Hotel), which is reliable and safe. Juan is the owner - always on time.

The rooms are very nice, clean, and modern. Bathroom door swings both ways — that is not a metaphor it is literal. Remember that. The room isn't large but it is big enough to take care of business — that is also not a metaphor as I worked in my room on my computer every night of my stay. There is no complimentary beef jerky, despite the rumors.

The breakfast is okay. Not great and not bad. The best thing is the grill where you can have bacon and eggs grilled to your liking — just hold the eggs and have extra bacon.

On the truly important things, it's a fine hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. And the hotel is probably the safest option in an otherwise questionable neighborhood. It is located inside a mall with a Sanborns, TGI Fridays, and some other decent eating places. What the hotel really lacks is attention to the little things that make a hotel a pleasant place to stay. For one, and probably the most annoying thing, is the WiFi connection was horrid. I could not keep a signal strong enough or long enough to FaceTime from my room. On 4 of 5 nights I was there the connection dropped entirely. The second annoyance was the breakfast bar was sorely lacking in food options. The third annoyance was that the hotel is on the third floor of the mall and there are no elevators. There are escalators but they don't work in the mornings or the evenings so unless you arrive and check out in the middle of the day, plan on hauling your luggage up and down two flights of stairs. Lastly, the walls are paper thin, so if you're a light sleeper plan on bringing ear plugs.

So, like I said, on all the truly important things, this hotel is great. If I ever have to stay in this zone of Mexico City again, I will likely choose this hotel again. But there are a few things they could do to make the stay more enjoyable.
