Just got back home and I have some great pictures. We took the Holbox tour so worth it. Omar our guide was amazing and made our long day trip entertaining. As a introvert I need his energy or I would have been over it within a hour. But he's very engaging and made everyone feel comfortable. Happy I got out my comfort zone and did it. You have to go its quite a experience

Be careful when you book online at night for the next day. The do NOT process your tour, but they DO take your money. My daughter and I got this tour at night for the next day. Never got an email confirmation, although we got a confirmation of the payment. Next day I had to call several times until someone finally answered the phone. I was told that they could not pick us up (we paid for it in the tour package) and that we had to go on our own if we wanted to do the tour. No money or any help was given for this land transportation which cost us an additional U$60.00 both ways. The tour was good and the people in the tour were very nice. That part was fine. Just know they won't deliver a promise when you book the night prior your tour. That was very disappointed and me and my daughter did not have fun wondering in the city trying to find a taxi late at night!!!

The tour guide was so fun and shared many useful information with us throughout the whole day! We were the only two persons who don’t understand Spanish but he still tried his best to explain everything bilingual, very much appreciate!

What a great and absolutely AWESOME experience!!! We went to Cancun 2 weeks ago, and we booked all of our tours with my cancun tours a week before our trip. We did everything through their website via chat with one of their best customer service representative Manuel Cantero. Very professional and polite he gave us a great deal for 3 tours 3 separate days all inclusive. First tour was to Xoximilco, our tour guide was Adrian he was awesome, it was a great experience, we had so much fun, everyone was really friendly they gave us appetizers, dinner, drinks, desserts, and much more. Second tour was to Chichén Itzá pyramides, we left at 7am they gave us breakfast, all type of drinks, lunch, they took us to Valladolid, a Cenote, the Mayan Market, and to Chichén Itzá, our tour guide was Alan a very knowledgeable guy, speaks excellent English, at the pyramid we didn't get too much time on our own, well at least for us an hour by ourselves was not enough, but we still had a great time. Third tour was to Xcaret.waoooo wonderful experience everyone there was really nice and friendly, we got to do a bunch of different things, all inclusive tour as well, great place, great restaurants, another great experience with this tour agency. All I can say is.that if you go to Cancun and you don't visit at least one of these places then you will miss to have an absolutely WONDERFUL experience. I definitely recommend this company 200% they are great.👌

Stay far away people. Those one stars are here for a reason. Terrible company. They’ll change your time and day of your tour WITHOUT permission and with zero notification. Bad bad bad. Limber in reservations is a liar. They all are in fact.

Ansolutely fantastic experience! The Chichenitza tour was the highlight of our trip. Great bus, amazing snacks and lunch, friendly and sweet stuff! Recommend to everyone, reasonably priced and the level of organization surpassed our expectations! Will be back hopefully soon!

Just an awesome day. Our tour guide Alan was entertaining, polite, and spoke with such passion about his heritage. It is so nice to feel so welcomed into your country and made to feel like such an important guest. This tour allowed us to do so much in one day, we made memories today that will last a very long time!

Excellence! I read the review and find this tour agent. I am so happy as other reviewers. I love how on time they are. I love how they manage to get everyone to meet up by the gate to save everyone on the tour a lot of time.
Alan is so knowledgeable and he shows how much he loves his job. He went all the way to me and tell me I'm the one who is taking off, etc. He never mentions about tipping and he shows how professional he is.
The tour is managed with Alan, our tour guide to tell us the history for 20-25 mins and then off we go. We sure have enough time to go around on our own and we are perfectly knows where to go as Alan did tell us before we are on our own to where we meet & what to see.
The lunch is included in the tour and which is simple but sure is good food!
Is one of the best tour and next time if I'm going to Mexico, I will with no doubt to join this company again!response / report this review -

Great value & enjoyable tour taken from Playa del Carmen. I was picked up on time & transferred to the larger coach. I wasn’t pressurised to upgrade to the plus package, but in hindsight, I wish I had (plenty of cold beer, plus a very nice Mayan paper with your date of birh in Mayan hieroglyphs). Excellent guide Foca, who was not only interesting but also very funny

Our family of four went with these guys to coba and cenote. The wait is what makes this trip awful. We waited in Tulum for a group and the guy who drove us from playa del Carmen forgot about us until we went to ask him after an hour of waiting. Lunch: instead of feeding people in groups, they have everybody inside at the same time. So you are going to see people going around looking for a chair. 30 minutes wait after lunch. Then when you get to visiting sites, you are in a hurry (30 minutes in the cenote and also 30 in the ruins). Next time: rent a car and spend as much time as you like in a cenote with your kids.

Avoid booking online reservation from this company!! Trust me you don't want to go through what I had to go through booking tours from their website--SAVE YOURSELF FROM A HEADACHE. I booked this agency for CHICHEN ITZA TOUR and XELHA ADMISSION and had a horrible experience! I had no problem with the tour or the admission but my problem was BOOKING THEM. I usually don't write bad reviews but this company gave me too much headache and inconvenience that I don't want any one else to experience the same.
I booked two tours online and got an email that I have to send them back a credit card authorization form AFTER they already charged my bank account. I was a little bit skeptical but since I've used them with my first trip to Cancun (had no problem), I thought that okay I'll give them a try again. Anyway, so I sent them back the CC authorization form along with a picture of my CC and later on got an email that couldn't accept it b/c I didn't mark the CC on the designated area. I emailed them back saying that they have an instruction on the email that if I couldn't mark the CC then I can send them a copy of my CC and which I did, but they still did not accept it. So, I tried to mark my CC and didn't get a respond from them, I decided to give them a call and check on my reservation. The lady said from the phone told me that everything was good and I should receive a boarding pass within a couple hours. So I waited.. couple hours happened and no boarding pass. I decided to email again and no answer until the next day I got an email from "Limber Ortiz" who told me that I need to send the authorization form again with the CC impression in the requested area and he said, "Please try to make the same signature as the one in your ID" So I tried again and this time, I took pictures of the form instead of scanning them. So no response again, so I called the agency again and was told by a lady that EVERYTHING checked out and just need to send boarding pass within couple hours. I waited again.. so this exchange of emails and phone calls with the same response from Limber saying that I need to send CC form again and another lady on the phone saying everything was good happened for about 6 times until we finally got to Cancun and still had no boarding pass for our tour.
I ended up talking to Limber on the phone (finally) the day we arrived in Cancun and he told me that I could go to their office and they will print the boarding pass. I was so pissed off that I told him that I understand that this is bank policy, but he can't keep telling me that my CC form wasn't approved and I would call and a lady would tell me that everything was fine and will get a boarding pass within couple hours because it is such a inconvenient! I asked him if him and that lady are working at the same company because it is ridiculous that they were saying both different things & needs to get their things straighten out!
We ended up taking the bus from our hotel to their office and finally got the boarding pass. I really wanted to cancel the tour from them BUT they had already charged my account since the beginning and it would take time to put the money back to my account plus I didn't want to deal with them any more because it might be worse cancelling tours with them.
Anyway, I advise you not to book online tours from them. I have friends & family who will be coming to Cancun and I was going to refer this agency to them but after this experience, I will NEVER EVER book with them again nor refer them to any of my family & friends.response / report this review -

I used my Cancun tours to book our Chichen Itza trip for me and my girlfriend. It was the best experience ever. I highly recommend choosing the Chichen Itza plus. The experience was awesome and the best part was ending the trip by jumping into a beautiful cenote before heading back

My family and I had an amazing adventure in the Mayan Jungle and the Tulum exhibit. Lada our tour guide was knowledgeable about the the Mayan civilization and she was friendly and professional. Gustavo our Mayan Jungle guide had a great sense of humor and he felt more like a family member! What an amazing overall experience that will never be forgotten. I would definitely try this again!

We used mycancuntours for a day trip from our resort in Riviera Maya to Chichen Itza. We were 14 people in the group. They sent a 16 person van with a guide that took us around. The guide, Melissa was very good as was our driver Manuel. The day trip was memorable, particulalry the swim in a Cenote. The van was clean and the ac was a godsend. We had a good day thanks to our tour guide. We would recommend mycancuntours to other travelers.

The Tulum Xtreme Tour was an excellent package and we had an amazing time! First off, our tour guide Carlos was incredible. Worked very hard to make sure the group was satisfied and he was very informative and entertaining during the tour. The adventures that this package includes are well worth the price, and the company is very organized and delivered what was promised! Would do this again in a heartbeat and very glad that we booked the trip through this company! – Luke Matthews

excellent service, pick up on time, tour guide Luigi was very knowledgeable and great personality. Coach bus comfortable and spacious has a bathroom though bus stopped for bathroom breaks. Lunch included was very good, nice variety and service at restaurant excellent. Definitely recommend. My husband and I had an amazing experience on this tour.
