EL PEOR SERVICIO QUE JAMÁS HAYAMOS RECIBIDO DE CUALQUIER TIENDA, LA MAMA DE MI ESPOSA COMPRÓ HACE YA 20 DIAS UNA ESTUFA Y UN REFRIGERADOR, Y HASTA EL DIA DE HOY NO HA HABIDO UNA RESPUESTA SATISFACTORIA DEL POR QUE NO LOS HAN PODIDO ENTREGAR, Y NI SIQUIERA HAN SIDO PARA HACER UNA LLAMADA DE SEGUIMIENTO, NOSOTROS HEMOS TENIDO QUE LLAMAR Y SOLO TIENEN UNA LINEA Y SI NO SE CORTA LA LLAMADA O LA TRANSFIEREN AL DEPARTAMENTO EQUIVOCADO ETC. Es una tienda Departamental que vende muy buenas cosas, mayormente el servicio es excelente. Las cosas tienen muy buen precio y puedes encontrar lo que buscas tiene sus departamentos arriba y abajo, cuenta con centro de atención al cliente, se puede adquirir la tarjeta para que tengas oportunidades de comprar con descuentos o meses sin intereses. Las personas que mayormente compran regresan por más. Sin embargo no es la única tienda y hay más variedad en la plaza. Esto es una invitación para visitar esta gran tienda Departamental.

Compre una lavadora Mabe la cual no duró más de 6 meses sin necesitar alguna reparación y llevo ya más de 1 mes sin que
acudan a darle una solución, me postergan y postergan el servicio hasta que ellos quieren, háganse un favor y no compren en esta tienda si no quieren una pésima atención como clientes.
