  The building is beautiful and its location in the cultural zone of the National University Campus (CU) is unique. built on the lava fields of the Xitle Volcano it is worth the trip to the south end of town. after visiting it (Normally with temporal exhibits) you can enjoy the rest of the complex and have luch in the azul y oro restaurant which is located across the plaza.

  Great museum in the heart of UNAM. It has fantastic architecture, and all the expositions are propperly executed. Admitance is cheap and there are guided tours available for the main exhibitions. The cafeteria is also nice.

  Worth seeing just for the architecture, the fun thing about this place is that all the exhibits are rotating--you never see the same one twice. Sometimes the exhibits are hit-and-miss, but there's always at least one that makes the visit worthwhile. In general, this part of the UNAM campus is very beautiful and peaceful.

  This museum is very unique since it's located in the center of CU (which means ciudad universitaria or the main campus of UNAM, the most prestigious and well known University in all of Mexico). You get to see first hand the alumni life as you get here and then some with nearby theaters and career offices next door. The MUAC in itself gets updated very frequently with at least 10 different exhibits per year. Don't miss this one on your visit to cdmx!
