  One of Mexico's most overlooked museums, the fact that the honestly dull Blue House is hit up by every single tourist in this city and the José Luis Cuevas museum is practically unknown is a scandal.

  A tranquil respite from the chaos of the Zócalo just outside. Compelling drawings and watercolors; questionable sculpture. Only 10 pesos.
