  I booked a car through Expedia with this agency on the 6th of May for one week. I went to pick up the car one hour earlier the agent said the car was not available on that day and offered to rent another car for more money. I said of course not and he never advised to wait for the car to be available he only said several times the car is not available and even mentioned that this problem happens many times because the agencies don't know which cars are available or not. So I said that is not my problem and I asked for a refund to which the agent said I need to refer to the agency where I did the booking. So I contacted Expedia to refund me the money and the answered I received after few weeks is that the rental car agency said I came two hours too early and I did not wait for the pick up time and I left. So obviously this is not how it happened I never was told that the auto will be available on the pick up time or that I should wait. I was told the auto is not available on that day but instead other cars for more money. Very nice! Also like I explained Expedia which I definitely not blame for this is that there is no room whatsoever for a misundestanding because the conversation was held in Spanish in my mother language and I understood everything I was told. At this point is not even anymore about the money but about the honesty of people and who they hire to put at the front in a time of so much competition something like this is a big NO. Not recommending this car rental you might think you got a good deal, might end up loosing more money. You've been warned folks !!!

  I was very satisfied with my experience. The Manager Alejandro and his Team were very helpful and attentive. The service felt honest and straight forward. The Kia Rio which i rented was very clean and nice to drive. All over no issues. A trustworthy business. I will definitely be back. Thank You.

  You book a car for a certain day at a certain hour, when you get there they tell you that there will only be a car for you if the person before does not extend his rental time. Why does mex rent a car allow such a thing? If you booked a car until a certain date and hour, you should not be allowed to extend your reservation. I do not recommend you to book a car there.

  I am really happy with my booking and our car. Initially we were told there weren’t any cars left and there was nothing he could do, but he eventually told us he could go to another office and get us a car. I’m beyond happy we received a great level of service from them. They are meticulous when giving you the car in analyzing the damage it already has and there weren’t any surprises upon return or when booking the car.

  Abolute con men. I used to rent from this company years ago but stopped after they started gouging for 3rd party liability. Most are around $13 per day and these guys want $25. They are rip off merchants who said they had no cars available 'but wait' we have an intermediate but it will be $75 per day. Yeh, right! The sales men are such a bunch of smart alecs. They discredit the company for sure.
