  Beautiful jungle getaway. 4 years into our self-direction and we are still wondering where all our documents that prove who we are and what we actually own and rules we must live by are still being questioned.
  The developer had a wonderful plan which went south with lack of his appropriate funding. We own our property outright and legally, but so many questions remain and the developer has not been forthcoming.
