  Russ and company a great people but, based on our needs as sellers, are spread a little too thin. We needed more communication than they were able to provide. Russ did a great job when we purchased years ago but our place has been on the market for over a year and besides lowering the price we did not get much feedback on what we needed to do to get it sold. Russ has heard my concerns and hired another agent and is increasing his focus on communication with sellers. We personally think a little more competition from another Realtor would help improve service and exposure because there is no Multiple Listing Service in the area.

  Besides Buy Playa, they are pretty much the only game in town and know it. We have been trying to get our very competitively priced updated beachfront condo sold for over a year and the only offer they brought us was poorly screened and really did not have the money. Holding the condo for sale cost us $8000 in rental income. In the US you can put in a contract have your buyer get a loan and sell in 45 days. It took 2 months to get a buy sell agreement ready for signatures. We even had to help write the contract because Akumal Investments was too busy to help.
  
  I really like the people here but you get no feedback or customer service as a seller. I think they need to get more selling agents or spend less time on the Lol Ha patio.
