MamáRumba Is a great place to go salsa dancing. This place particularly has Cuban salsa which is different to other Salsa styles like Puerto Rican or NY. There is actual no dancefloor. People dance in the aisles or between tables. There is dancing Thrusday through Saturday. Saturday dance on March 2018 was $120 pesos. There is a live band but it starts playing late. Around 2300 or later. It may be too loud for some people. Usually there is a group dance performance. I have seen impersonation performances as well. I often see Asian and American people going to this place. This place is usually crowded and if you want a table better make a reservation. I recommend MamaRumba.

Live music is loud and noisy. People are dancing around you. You feel that the dancers will hit your table. Not the best place for live music.

Saturdays have salsa dancing which is a sight to see even if you don't know how to dance salsa. Great live salsa band was playing on a Friday night and started around 11pm

I've only had fun at this place. Nice departure from a "normal" club where you sometimes feel like people are too cool to dance. Mama Rumba is all about getting down!
