  Service was horrible. Food was wrong and sent back, never fixed. Paid full bill. Worst experience ever at a margaritaville anywhere.

  Good location, near to cruise ships. Just jump to outside of the ship and enjoy the drinks and live music

  Ordered the volcano nachos. Soggy within 5 minutes. Waitress never returned after dropping them off. Thump thump dance music blaring. Not a single JB song in the hour we were there. Gone way downhill since the chain was sold. Pity.

  Perfect location before jumping back on ship where the drinks are much cheaper. Great service and food and drinks quality was fine. Their was music was good but was a bit loud. Their big picture items are great for pictures really enjoyed those.

  Not as nice as their last location. They are now located at the pier where the cruise ships dock in a shopping center. Prices increased and is now catering for tourist. A $140+ peso taxi fare from the ferry.

  Limited menu. Big changes since they moved locations. No more water activities. Margarita not strong at all. We ordered an extra tequila shot to add to drink.
