  Terrible administrative service and personnel who work, they take people out with the excuse that they are going to sanitize the area and it is not true because there is no one with the personnel and sanitation equipment, the personnel who work have already retired and left some people with paperwork Unfinished, and the working staff comments with the excuse that it was the director's orders. We are from 8 am and we continue waiting

  Pésimo servicio, pagas tu sesion y/o Título y tardan años en realizar el trámite vas a preguntar y si molestan. No sirven para nada en pocas palabras 🤬🤬🤬

  Terrible service .
  Inefficient They feel that they are high-level officials, they do not attend, they take hours, they make improper charges.
  
  The worst secretary I have ever visited.
  They enter at 9 am and leave at 1.30 pm, if you arrive at 2 pm, they no longer attend, that's right, they deny the service long before
  
  It took 3 months to do a verification. And then weeks to receive a simple sheet.
  
  Unhelpful service, unethical employees and the ability to serve, they are public servants !!!!!!!!!
  
  Serve is the word they should learn !!!!!!!!!!
  
  And do things right.
  
  Be careful, internal control auditors.
  There are crooked things here.

  This dependency is a joke they charge for doing their work they do it wrong and apart they charge you for correcting it and they do not do it I have two months doing a rectification it is the 4th time I go in a month and I just contacted them and they do not give you what they have to correct what is this service
