I give this place a 1. No wifi except in the lobby & very poor cell service in the room. As a person who works on my computer this is terrible. The beds are also very hard. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Really a spectacularly lovely place. A bit out of town (Palenque) so you need a car or taxi to go back and forth. Brand new and sports a really stunning architecture and decor. Howler monkeys in nearby jungle like area can be a trip when they get howling. Lovely grounds. A little weak in the WiFi department in rooms. Drinks around pool not very good with plastic cups and a little light on the liquor. Breakfast buffet well worth a try.

Very comfortable rooms and the location in the tropical forest makes it quiet enough to enjoy the sorroundings.

The hotel and the rooms are superbly maintained and with the infinity pool you can wonderfully relax after visiting the Maya site or the nearby waterfalls. The only downside is the restaurant which is very average and compared to the charm of the rest of the resort, is rather bland.

Beautiful grounds, very nice rooms and a hammock on the veranda. A little bit of paradise in the jungle.

The breakfast buffet they offer every day is very good, even if you're not staying at the hotel you can go to the restaurant or eat at the pool.

This is a beautiful resort with clean rooms and good food in the restaurant. Very nice staff. Rated four stars because sometimes service was slow or confusing.
