The hotel is nice and the staff if wonderful. The beds however, are hard. When I say hard I compared them to sleeping on concrete. If you like a hard bed then I highly recommend starting here, if you want a softer comfortable bed I would not.
Nice clean place and service to stay. Everything new, I hardly recomend the breadfast. Next time I travel to Mexico city, I want to go to Vermont Hotel.
Well rooms, excellent service, near of the wtc
The building is a bit old and not a lot of amenities.
Good place for dinning.
Excellent place very clean. Nice lobby. Near WTC even walking. Greate price
Terrible service!!!! We specially asked for a "quiet room" as they gave us that option while booking online and they put us in a room with a machine that was supposed to heat the water of the entire hotel and the sound made it impossible to sleep! We called reception and complained about it and they said the machine will turn off after 5 minutes. It lasted the entire night!!!!! Also they told us that we were entitled to have breakfast for 70 pesos per person per day and when we got there they said that wasn't possible nor true. Eventhough we *had it printed on paper together with the option of asking for a "quiet room".* Which means that they had no problem at all to disrispect their clients by calling them liars even when you have a contract in your hands!
Great place todo stay. I loved the location, a lot of things to do
I dont spend a lot of time, but rooms are coftable, and nice, place its clean, and good
Regular service. They don't attend your calls unless it's to the restaurant. Don't order room service, they serve you more food in the place.
