Excellent Business hotel. Reasonable prices, clean & well maintained rooms with all amenties required and simple transit point to major accounts and entertainment venues. Have stayed 5 times in the last year for short (3 day) & longer periods. It has always been a pleasant and productive stay. Would recommend to any of my travel buddies.

Very convince location to stay in Zona Rosa.
Lots of restaurant around here.
Feel safe even at night time.
Small lobby area and tiny elevator.
It was looks bigger on website. :(
Room was bigger than hotels in north america. pretty clean.
Micro wave, stove and sink in separate living room area. Desk and sofa.
But bathroom area is too small..
Room 412 has bad smell , I had a headaches.
I move to other room due to water leaking from wall and ceiling
Two beds was all wet. I was out for all day long. Came back and big surprise.
Hotel knew before I back to the room . How?? Avoid the room412. It may leaks many times previously otherwise how do they know that.response / report this review -

Very good place to stay in Mexico city. Reasonable cost. Clean, close proximity to business district, metro, restaurants etc. A+ customer service

Good price, decent location (don't confuse it with Hotel PF around the corner). The place seemed cold and unwelcoming, but it was a decent place to sleep. Good water pressure, tv with cable, wifi was ok, bottled water in room, coffee pot w/ coffee, A/C.
There is a Korean BBQ place a few doors down and there are a lot of restaurants along Londres, just a block away.response / report this review -

This is an excellent property. It is located in central Zona Rosa / Roma. There are many restaurants, bars, groceries, metro stops, attractions, etc within walking distance. The The staff is friendly and helpful and speaks English. My suite was very large, clean, and quiet, with a comfortable queen-size bed in a suite, a flat-screen TVs, a separate living room with kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. The internet speed was great. The only problem was the unpleasant deodorizer in the room which sprayed a horrible scent every minute. It was truly awful and I had to find a way to turn it off. Regardless, I would choose to stay at this property again in the future.

I have been staying at Hotel & Suites PF the last two years due diferent reasons in my trips to CDMX, it's really a great place to stay, the location is very good if you want to take tours or go out at night. I really recomend it

Clean, spacey and fairly cheap for the zone. Stay on the newer wing on Chapultepec Avenue.
