All the rooms are around an interior patio where they serve the breakfast, it's so loud from 6:30 am, we could barely sleep after that time. Rooms look old. Didn't like at all

I was on Business trip in Mexico city and I stayed there for 2 Months, and here is my review.
- Rooms are good, neat & clean
- Staff is very cooperative & friendly, initially I got suite in ground floor and there I was not getting Wi-Fi signals, so they give me room at 1st floor.
- I got most of the stuff for cooking food (Pans, gas stove etc.)
- The only problem I had here, nobody speak English. however, it was good as well for me to learn some Spanish :D.
- Breakfast is not so good, just light one, corn flakes, milk, yogurt, muffin, fruits.
- For Foreigners this place is safe and very comfortable.
- On top floor they have a Gym, which is very good option for people who are staying for long time.

Fatal de atención y profesionalismo de este hotel, la habitación estaba pagada deje maleta desde la mañana y al regresar arbitrariamente dicen que no hay lugar mandandome a otro hotel de la misma cadena, exijo se sancione este tipo de acciones que carecen de seriedad

Buen lugar para hospedarse en el area de Polanco. Llegue con bajas expectativas por las críticas aquí expuestas, pero el servicio es muy bueno. El desayuno buffet es muy completo, su chef y ayudante llevan productos frescos todos los días. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero no más que otras cadenas de renombre y que cobran precios exorbitantes en esta zona de alta plusvalía. Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento, no dudaré en volverme a hospedar aquí.

No fue de mi agrado, tiene letrero de "suspensión de labores" , en recepción te reciben de mala gana , TV muy reducida en canales, de hecho solo es TV abierta no Cable

Friendly staff, clean room. Had a little bit of trouble with the key cards for the room and it did not block sound well from the dining area right outside our room. Other than that, I would come back.

Sporco completo, struttura tenuta molto male, finestre che nn si aprono quindi al mattino umidita dappertutto, la seconda sera dormito con porta sbacciata per far circolare aria, camera che puzza di poco di buono
È facile pubblicare belle foto, devono imparare a pubblicare le foto senza filtri ma far vedere la realtà. Io sono una persona che vive in hotel tutto l anno ma nn minera mai capitato di scendere cosi in basso

Excelente ubicación, cómodas suites, servicio de primera y el precio es adecuado, sobre todo si se viaja por trabajo. El Desayuno de cortesía es parte del buen servicio y atención que brindan. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Habitaciones limpias, cómodas y con los servicios básicos. Son habitaciones con camas King Sise, Tv. y servicio de teléfono, hay Internet inalámbrico. El pago incluye el desayuno. EL precio es un poco elevado
