The room is very good and clean. There is a gym and a Jacuzzi that you can relax. The breakfast is ok. The hotel is well located with several restaurants aroud.

A good location close to many touristic sites with good illumination and good service. The last floor has a nice view of the city and you can excercise and rest for a decent price that also includes a buffet in the morning.

Great staff. Good facilities, kitchenette, seating, comfortable bed, and celling mounted shower. Great view from top floor room. Breakfast was well-rounded, even at the end of the breakfast hours, and now also featured vegetarian and vegan items (in contrast to previous guests' review). Love the location between Condesa and Zona Rosa.

Very nice hotel. In fact everything about it was excellent except for the fact that the walls are pretty thin between rooms. My room had one of those stupid doors that's adjacent to the next room, which didn't help (why in the world do they continue to put those in hotels?!). Still, it's a great place and I would stay there again.

Great hotel, high standard, relatively cheap, calm neighborhood and only "OK" breakfast. I took one star off because for a vegatarian this breakfast is a nightmare. Eggs mixed with ham, bread is "tost-ready" (so it is sweet), only cereals are truly veggie, but that if you don't want sweet breakfast? We asked for non-ham scrambled eggs, but cooks said: "sorry, we stick to a menu - no exceptions". at this quality you need to be served well.

The hotel room is ok, good location but The second day I found a person in my room with my things in it. They had rented it to someone else when I had the room pay for 5 days. I got a lame apology from the staff

Well priced hotel. It may look cramped but it's alright. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is very average I only had it once but there's a bunch of places within walking distance to eat at. The windows are pretty sound proof as it faces a busy street.

Needed a fast and comfortable place for the night and didn't regretted. The suite they gave me had a nice view and was pretty economic. I recommend this place.

As a hotel it's fine. But they straight up denied a room to a client who had a reservation and, after he left, gave the room to another one who had no reservation.

sttaffs were so kind enough and guest can cook in the room, even better this hotel is located in good place ( COlona Roma) to access core down town, Zona Rosa, Reforma.

Perfect for travellers, offers everyting you could need to a good standard.
It's hard to find fault with this place. The room was very well designed and had fridge, hob, sink, table and chairs, 2 TVs and complete bathroom, aircon and comfy bed, plus WiFi was fairly good. For the price, I would have to say this was fairly exceptional. The breakfast room was nice with choice of self-service and free cook to make various eggy things. Reception was helpful and willing to offer helpful advice. Everything is compact, but I would have to say it one of my better stays in Mexico.
There isn't anything I could complain at really. If you pressed me, I would say the location isn't perfect, but actually Mexico City has several areas to explore for travellers (that's me), and was a good compromise on being central these areas.

We slept here 6 nights and we still headaches and felt sick every time we wake up morning. We just thought it was smog due to big city and maybe we need to be adept it, even every night we came in and smell bit smoking. So today we wake up this morning and smell very strong smoking nearby other room- I decide to got down to talk at desk at lobby about it. He told me and will be check other room who smoking which suppose not. But didn't because at same time I asked him to bring 3 towel, shampoo and soap while we waiting quite longer than normal. I knew it and this hotel absolutely an ass who didn't care of like us value customers. They didn't not even offer us to different room, check other room who still f4cking smoking, nor their employees didn't report them that they have smoking other room while they did clean their rooms! What a waste our money and found this info hotel totally scam because it said not allow smoking yet they allow it! I already post this proof pic!
