I had a great experience with this hotel. First of all, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, they went the extra mile to make my stay the best it could be. The room is clean, modern, spacious, and overall fantastic. I would definitely come back again if given the opportunity.

I really liked the service and the quality of the rooms. But my AC wasn't working so that's why 4 stars It was really warm. They did provide us with a fan, but it was still very hot.

I stayed two nights. There are two types of rooms: colonials (facing the street and with balconies), and moderns (facing de inside of the hotel). Colonials are bigger and the decorations intend to make you feel at a hacienda, while the Moderns are smaller but comfortable as well. The weather in Puebla is cool enough, so the rooms don't have air conditioning but there are portable fans. Parking is free while staying, afterwards it costs MXN $15 per hour. I checked-out and left the car there, and took two hours to have a last walk at the surroundings. Location of the hotel is great, at about three blocks from the zocalo. The streets are well lit and you feel really safe walking back to the hotel at night. There is a restaurant in the hotel, and there are food stands (think antojitos) right across the street too, outside the church. There are small restaurants and coffees all around. Pharmacies, quick stores, ATMs, souvenirs.

Is a good hotel, although i think you can find something better for that price. The location is good depending on the travel plans you have. Is in downtown close to everything around downtown, but far from the newest side of the city. The rooms are ok, clean and besides in and old hotel, they look updated. The service is very good as far as my experience, everyone was nice there, but the employees need more empowerment at the time to take decisions in order to give a better service. Overall was good, but a little over the price.

The recepcionist was very friendly and helpful, the prices according to the quality of hotel are good, and the hotel is in a very good location.

Really good service, the hotel have its own restaurant, the rooms doesn't have air conditioning, but the weather is usually cool, it is located on the same street as the candy street
