Good service very clean and the price was very affordable. The personnel was very polite and courteous. I recommend this hotel is very central to all attractions and restaurant.

The hotel was very beautiful, clean, had friendly staff, and was very accommodating. They even let me leave luggage for a couple hours after check-out time. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location,right in the center of Puebla,at a couple of minutes walking distance from the cathedral. Staid in a standard double room (1209) which was comfortable and clean. The window faced nothing but a inner area of the hotel, and was close to (I think) an AC unit, resulting in quite loud intermittent noise during the night. Breakfast was not included but looked great and at reasonable price. Generally speaking, great value for money, and nice room. Probably it is worh to spend a little bit more to get one of the rooms with view over the old cidy centre.

No separate bar for late night cocktail. Restaurant was expensive with limited choices. However, the location is excellent close to historic sites, excellent restaurants, and easy access to transportation. Also, 1 block from a Starbucks. The staff service was excellent.

The hotel is very well located, it is in downtown. The rooms are ok, it has a really tiny pool and the breakfast buffet is really nice.

Horrible service, they claim it's a four star hotel but the size of rooms, bathrooms and elevator correspond to a two star hotel. Pool looks nice on pictures but it's tiny, dirty and ugly. Workers are unfriendly, upon arrival we didn't receive a greeting and at night when we arrived we wished for good night and got ignored. Bed is hard and uncomfortable, pillows are awful. They charged us on the card we had left at check-in not giving us an option for alternative pay, without prior notice. All together it was a terrible experience would never recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the plaza area. The hotel would be appreciated by middle age clientele, due to the historical architecture and the lack of unused amenities such as a gym.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. We suggest seeing your room before settling in. The views are worth the price. We upgraded for a few more dollars and we're happy with our decision.
