Great hotel in Avandaro. The lobby is beatiful and there are many activities available in the hotel. Great place for kids.

The day you have to charge for peanuts 🥜 at the bar you know that this hotel is in a bad spot ! Not good ! Bar closes at 10:30 pm and no chance to even get a beer ! Sad place

Its the best hotel at valle de bravo, maybe the must luxury its "El Santuario" but this one its the best for those who want to expirment the real life of valle de bravo. Its like a luxury camping in amazing cabs, it has beside the lobby a lake, the food its amazing, and the extreme sports are amazing all around the zone. Perfect for a romantic ocation, its a place you should try. The food its excelent, maybe the only issue its far away from everything if you dont arrive on car.

Beautiful place. Lake could be bigger and cleaner. Pool is a little in front of everybody having a meal so not the best spot if you like a bit more privacy.

I had been here for an overnight experience, amazing place, its expensive but worthit, and this time I went for the amazing food they serve. Service could improve a little bit, but amazing place for relaxe and enjoying great food and landscapes
