Front desk Customer Service is less than acceptable. 4 members behind the front desk including supervisor/manager and not one representative willing to assist. I go to the supervisor/manager and the tells me to speak to the other staff member while she’s on her cell phone texting. Very unprofessional.

Next day the printer is out of paper and the 2 gentleman just gave me the paper and said here’s some paper. Turns out the printer has configurations issues and they said we can’t fix it and both employees went back to the internet goofing around.

They were not aware I spoke Spanish and saying unsavory comments in Spanish.

Not the holiday inn I’m use to.

My colleagues and I often stay here. The owners have been consistently raising the room price and providing less service the past two years. Breakfast is good but the juices are not fresh, but they used to be. No one likes Tang for breakfast. Internet and A/C sometimes does not work. The later is turned off purposely to save money. This is a common practice in Mexico. The location of this hotel is good but the street is very busy.

Went there for a business trip.
Very confortable hotel, clean, confy beds, big rooms, great modern bathrooms. They have a compleate hot breakfast with fruit and healthy choices available. The location is good, near to restaurants, malls, and highways.

Tip: be sure to join their members reward! You earn point every night you spend in Holiday Inn, and also they have the nicest gesture of welcoming you with a snack or beverage.

The rooms are big enough, beds are super confortable and the room has all the services, also if you forget a personal object like toothbrushes or something they give it to you for free so you dont have to worry about finding a drugstore or a supermarket, so its a nice option to spend the night.
