The hotel is beautifully decorated and well located near the city center but on a quieter street. Around the corner there is a street filled with food and other goods.

The beds were comfortable but one of them had some plastic under the sheets that made sound every time you moved. The toilet & shower were big and clean, and there was a hairdryer. The password to Wi-fi was written on a card in the room, which is practical, and the internet worked decently. The room was cold and had no heating (it was August and raining), but apparently this is a custom in there so make sure you bring enough warm clothes with you.

The rooms have practically no sound proofing, so you can hear the music from hallway and the phone ringing in the reception (if your room is near the stairs). Due to this reason, I wouldn't stay on the street side. The regular rooms with 2 double beds seemed to be all on the other side, though. All in all, good value for money for one night's stay.

Muy limpio y cómodo, con muy buen precio. Habitación y baño excelentes, espacio y todo lo necesario, incluyendo secador de pelo y muy buena recepción de la señal wifi. Lo mejor, el servicio de limpieza. En contra: no tiene restaurante ni servicio de cafetería. No tiene ascensor y tiene varios niveles por lo que no es adecuado para personas con dificultad para subir o para portar maletas ( no te ayudan en la recepción).

Me tocó una mala experiencia en el hotel: encontré dos cucarachas en el cuarto, las sabanas estaban muy sucias y olían mal, tenían pelos y estaban manchadas. El decorado es muy bonito y en la recepción la gente es amable. Deberían de poner más atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones.

La recepcionista de en la noche del 5 de febrero no interactuó conmigo para explicarme la desventaja en tiempo de espera. Me dijo media hora y fueron casi dos horas y yo con mi madre de la tercera edad esperando. Por lo demás.excelente.
