Excellent service and stuff. I stayed at this hotel 3 times now and I really recommend it if you are visiting Mexico city for business or pleasure.

Had dinner at Aktuel in the hotel. Great meal with fantastic service. The entertainment (woman vocalist covering top hits) was very good.

Very nice hotel. The staff were very good. I will stay there again on my next visit to Mexico. The great thing about the hotel, close to everything, next to lots of great restaurant. Thank you all the staff at Novit Hotel see you guys again soon.

The hotel was great and very clean, amazing customer service. What really made this experience over the top was our private tour guide from the hotel! Mario (Our tour guide) is a beautiful soul, he was very helpful and willful. He drove us to all of our destinations and some!! Mario showed us all the authentic Mexican places too eat. At one point in our tour we stopped to buy a few things and the tried to over charge us just because we were tourists, he immediately came and said something to the vendor and got us the actual price for our items. He was very patient and gavs us a lot of time to roam and fully enjoy the sights. It was worth every dollar! Private car, clean, full AC, water, snacks you name it he was ready!

Do Not Stay! Thieves. Liars. Extremely POOR customer service. Not ideal location. Prostitution on road. Cheap and tasteless coffee. Continental breakfast is a joke!

I always stay at the Novit when in Mexico City. I like the hotel very much. But, I am very disappointed with their decision to not refund me for cancelling my trip to Mexico City because of the earthquake. When I called the hotel to inquire about a refund they informed they had too many cancellations because of the earthquake and made a decision to not refund anyone. I'm very disappointed with Novit and won't stay there again!

Great hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Swimming pool and fitness area on the top floor, a great restaurant and in walking distance from the WTC. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is large. When you want to do some shopping, a large Sears is 2 minutes away and even closer, across the street, there is a 7Eleven and good Sushi restaurant. And for those that need computer or phone accessories, next to the 7Eleven is a small computer store that provides all the necessary items that you might have forgotten but need for e.g. a presentation. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

I attended a breakfast/presentation, the staff was very friendly, and the service in general did their job. Food was simple bit good, thw bathroom very nice and modern look.

Hotel is very beautiful and well located. Staff is ready to help when requested. Room is very largar and confortable. Bed is amazing. Great bathroom with a big jacuzzi. Meals ordered from room service were good and plenty. For sure i reccomend this hotel. Great stay.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff that genuinely seem to care about their guests. Feel well taken care of. I like the bed: nice and firm. Airco sometimes a bit noisy, but that happens everywhere. Good, reliable and reasonably fast WiFi. Fast enough to do video calling with the home front.
The lentil soup in the restaurant is worth the trip!report this review
