Rooms are very nice. No complaint there. Location is good for the airport and Autodromo but not much else. I tried to use the shuttle bus from the airport terminal 1 and went to Puerta 4 as instructed. I could not find anyone there. Tried wandering the length of the airport and nothing. It was only on the second call to the hotel that they asked the rep to find me. It turned out they had been standing at Puerta 4 all along but with no indication that they represented the hotel. No sign or uniform. They must have seen me wandering around the area looking lost and did nothing. Breakfast and WiFi acceptable.

It's always lovely to stay here. They upgraded us to a suite. Oh, and the room service is amazing!

I've stayed here twice, one in 2012 and another in 2018, much hasn't changed but I really enjoy the two stays. You're nearby the airport, shopping centers ( by taxi ) and walking distance from some really good, I'm talking tasty, street food. But the recent stay we got handed a key to the wrong room and disrupted someone.

Decent hotel close to the DF airport with a free shuttle. Convenience is key here. I didn't have a plan beforehand and this was the cheapest place I found in the DF terminal kiosks. You can definitely find much cheaper places in Mexico city of the same quality, but this is a great option if you are just looking for a place to crash on a long layover.

They have exercise bikes in the rooms too to help get the blood moving on those long flights too! Not that I used mine...

Walking distance to a metro station which takes you to the zocalo (city center) in 7 stops and 1 transfer. ~20 minutes walking, 30 minutes on the train.

Rooms are very big and comfortable (they're more like small apartments) and the price accessible. The only drawback is the location. There are not many options to get out and walk around, and there are few good restaurants in the area. Reforma is not far but you will to take a cab or an Uber to get there.

They're in a remodel right now, so we had breakfast with the smell of shalack. It was terrible. Food in restaurant was just OK. The rooms were clean. Beds were super hard. No wash cloths. Shower had very poor pressure. No hot water in the sink. Light switches were confusing, not near the lights they worked. I would not choose the place again.

Stayed here for 3 nights due to cancelled flight to Houston. My room was spacious and clean. Everyone was very nice not very helpful but nice. I think that may have been largely due to language barrier though. Free WiFi; free shuttle to and from airport. Restaurant inside hotel. Hotel surrounded by factories so nothing nearby to do. Didn't seem safe outside so didn't do any exploring. My only complaint was the Tv no English channels and no way to turn on English subtitles. Being that there's nothing to do around the hotel the television needs an upgrade. Overall basic hotel and basic amenities close to airport.

Close to airport and they have a free shuttle. Office in terminal to make a booking and get taken to shuttle. There is nothing to walk to and limited facilities in house. One small restaurant in-house which is quite good. It is quite noisy with traffic and nearby music playing quite early in the morning. Windows don't close tight and are not at all sound proof. Apparently good location to see the car races with route coming right by the hotel (hence the name) and there are also concerts nearby. Rates are reasonable but there are better deals farther from airport. Staff are friendly and helpful and were able to exchange USD to Pesos. Room was functional, clean and quite spacious. Bonus is 1:00 checkout time. A bit hard for our Uber driver to find but concierge can get a cab for you.

Although the hotel is ok, it's far from city or local restaurants or places to visit. It felt like an unsafe area to me. The good thing is they offer Airport transportation. They did make me wait over 1/2 hour to pick me up.
