Very good sushi. Be warned - it's expensive. Service is ok. Service in Mexico isn't like the US, it's way more laid back and less attentive. The sushi makes up for it. Wow. It's fresh, interesting and executed perfectly.
These 3 items are WORTH going to Nicksan for:
CLEAR LOBSTER ROLL
TUNA BLACK & WHITE SASHIMI
TUNA TOSTADA
Yum Yum Yum! Highly recommended.
This place is terrible. The bill came out $95 for two people. In the menu no sushi plate. Never go again.
Great quality food, however service was too fast paced and prices were relatively higher than your normal sushi joint in southern California.
AWESOME! There is no better / fresher sushi around! The sashimi tuna absolutely melts in your mouth (so soft and smooth)! Per our server’s recommendation, we ordered some sushi rolls that were not on the menu and they were GREAT! Make sure to make a reservation during busy times of the year (just email them through their website and they respond very quickly)! This is a must if you love fresh sushi with some unique flavors. Order anything with tuna and you will be happy.
The Staff was really nice :)
Taste is not so good. The dishes are not well served
Come here for our anniversary every time we're in Cabo San Lucas. Pricey, but hands down some of the best sushi here. The tuna tostada is a must try. Absolutely melts in your mouth!
My wife and I were on our anniversary and the resort food was not cutting the cake so we out the entire trip for all our meals. Eddie makes you feel right at home and the preparation and sushi was some of the best we have had. The service by Luis was excellent and comparable to any high end restaurant in the states. It is not a discount meal if you are looking for that hit the taco stands up. It was a very nice meal and atmosphere.
The sushi was great, some dishes were very inventive. They have a couple of dishes I hadn't had before. The atmosphere is nice. Good find in Cabo.
I've had sushi in more places that I can remember, on both coasts and everywhere in-between. This was a terrible experience. A lack of speciality rolls and some flavorless nigiri mean we'll never darken their doorstep again.
Highest quality sushi in the town. most well rounded for quality food ,cleanliness well dressed employees .
Nick-San's Paumilla is the higher-end option between the two restaurants (the other being near the marina in downtown Cabo). No bargain pricing herebut, good food served in a nice atmosphere.
Every time we go to Cabo, we go to Nick-San, very popular sushi restaurant in Downtown Cabo! Good for our 10 year old kids.
Nice place for japenese food
