My stay lasted over a month, I had cosmetic surgery at Star Medica which is 1 block away from this hotel. The kitchen staff was amazing, I can't thank them enough as I needed my food liquified due to jaw surgery. I would buy ice at the Pemex gas station and they would keep in the freezer till I needed it. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items to eat not your typical continental breakfast. The receptionist staff was available 24/7 and if I had a concern they would address it right away. I once woke up at 3:00am needing ice and they directed me to a 24hour pharmacy. they also have juice and coffee available after 1:00pm everyday. There is also a store similar to a Sams/Costco named ChedRaui it's about 1 block away from hotel you can find food, clothing etc. I had a great experience here and will be coming back. The cleaning staff also does a great job of cleaning. They have an iron in the closet but no hair dryer. The chef Bertha, waitress Aby & MIguel were fabulous

Nice hotel, reception and service was friendly, great prices and rooms are clean. The pool is a bit small but it's nice. I would recommend anyone to stay in the Cayala Inn.

It was a so so place it was ok for the money so if you are on a budget this is a clean and nice place to stay it was quite and clean and personal is attentive an close to downtown in car or taxi wich is cheap . I'll recommend this Hotel Cayala Inn.

Great, comfortable and beautiful rooms for competitive prices. Shower heads could be better, but a great option when visiting Querétaro.

Went to the restaurant for breakfast. The buffet is quite good: fruit, salads, juices, eggs and so on. The waiters are quite attentive and the food is excellent.
