Siempre nos hemos sentido consentidos aquí; desde hace más de 40 años ha sido un lugar especial para mi familia, y regresamos cada vez que tenemos la oportunidad. Las instalaciones son de primera, en servicio de alimentos muy completo y el campo de golf es de talla mundial. Los niños se divierten mucho en todas las áreas pensadas para ellos.

Excellent customer service. Very clean. Our waiter Santiago was great he made us feel at home. I totally recommend this place.

Spa service truly sucks. I asked to have my hair done in a certain way and it was done however the stylist desired. I did not like it and said to please do it a different way but she said I would have to pay double. This makes no sense, I am paying for a service and if I do not like it then I do not have to pay for it.
Makeup was done under 10 minutes and was a complete mess. Colors did not match and eyeshadow was heavy, even though I stated I wanted it light. I brough it up to the lady saying it is not looking how I want it to but ahe continued doing whatever she wanted.
Please do not, for any reason, go to this spa. You'll walk out disappointed. Please consider hiring more experienced stylists.response / report this review -

The place is beautiful. My room had a great view that made you feel like you are surrounded by the forest. This hotel could be a great place to relax. However, my room was close to the restaurant and you could hear the loud music coming from the kitchen until midnight even with the window closed. The WiFi didn't reach my room. The room didn't have hooks to hang towels or bathing suits.
The restaurant is fantastic and it has many beautiful terraces, but you are constantly surrounded by smokers. It would be great to have a designated non-smoking terrace.response / report this review -
